AI for Productivity: Corporate Training at B.L. Kashyap & Sons

On 24 July 2026, DataKrest delivered a five-hour corporate training program on AI for Productivity for the civil engineering professionals at B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited in Delhi.

It was part of a wider engagement with B.L. Kashyap & Sons, for whom we have delivered corporate upskilling programs across their Bangalore and Delhi locations.

Why this training

Civil engineering teams spend a large part of their week on work around the core job: writing documentation, preparing reports and presentations, researching specifications and pulling information together for reviews. Modern AI tools can take much of that load off, but only if people know how to use them properly in their own day-to-day work.

So the goal was not to talk about AI in theory. It was to make every participant able to use these tools in their role the very next day.

What we covered

The program was built around real workplace tasks, using:

• Claude AI, ChatGPT and Gemini for writing, analysis and research
• Gamma AI for building presentations quickly
• AI-powered image and video tools for creative and visual work
• Practical prompting techniques for documentation, reports and everyday productivity

Every topic was tied back to the kind of documents, analysis and presentations the team handles at work, so participants could apply what they learned directly.

The result

Because the training was designed around real workplace applications, participants could use the skills directly in their roles.
