Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for a DataKrest course. The refund rule for each course is also shown on its course page and at checkout.

Complete Data Analytics with AI

• You can request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase.

Excel for Managers & Non-Technical Users

• You can request a full refund within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase.

How to request a refund

• Email contact@datakrest.in from the email address on your account, with your order ID, within the refund window.
• Once the refund is processed, your access to the course (and any live classes and recordings) ends.

All other courses

• The live courses PL-300: Complete Power BI and Complete AI Tools for Productivity are non-refundable once purchased.
• Please read the course page carefully before buying.

Live batch changes

• If we cancel or reschedule a live batch and you can't attend the new dates, you can move to another batch or receive a full refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

• If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your enrolment didn't appear, contact us and we will refund the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the credit.
