These terms apply to datakrest.in, operated by DataKrest Technologies, Bangalore, India. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your login details private. Course access is for one person and must not be shared.
• We may suspend accounts that share access, download or redistribute course content, or misuse the site.

Courses and access

• Self-paced courses give you access to the recorded lessons and files for as long as the course is offered on the site.
• Live courses include the classes of the batch you choose (on Zoom) and access to the class recordings in your dashboard.
• Course content, videos, files and materials are the intellectual property of DataKrest Technologies and are for your personal learning only.

Prices and payment

• Prices in Indian rupees include GST. International prices are shown in US dollars.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

• All courses are delivered online. Access to a course appears in your dashboard immediately after successful payment, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
• For live courses, the Zoom link and schedule appear in your dashboard before the batch starts. Nothing is shipped physically.

Liability

We work hard to keep courses accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee specific career or exam results. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
