Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information DataKrest Technologies collects on datakrest.in and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider).
• Purchases: the courses you buy, amounts, billing name, phone, country and optional GSTIN. Card and UPI details are handled by Cashfree Payments and never reach us.
• Learning activity: lessons completed and files downloaded, so we can show your progress.
• Enquiries: details you submit in the corporate training form or waitlist.

How we use it

• To give you access to your courses, process payments and send receipts.
• To tell you about live batches you joined a waitlist for, and to respond to enquiries.
• To comply with tax and accounting law.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and login), Cashfree Payments (payments), Bunny.net (video), Zoom (live classes) and our email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• You can update your name and phone in your dashboard, and ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing contact@datakrest.in. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your cart and currency. We don't use advertising cookies.
